Back to School with Essential Oils

Aww, Fall! The kids are back in school, the weather is cooling off, and the holidays are right around the corner! Whether you think that’s bad or good, there are some essential oils to help with the challenges of the season.

For anyone back to school, there are some essential oils you shouldn’t be without. For focus during class or study time try Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary, Frankincense, Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood or doTERRA InTune. These can be diffused or pre-diluted with a carrier oil in a rollerball bottle for keeping in a backpack.

To help keep your family healthy as the weather cools and we spend more time indoors, use doTERRA OnGuard. This is a great blend for the home or classroom, and try rubbing it on your children’s feet morning before sending them off to school. A diffuser and a couple of oils would be a great back to school gift for your favorite teachers!

With holidays coming, we can look forward to parties! And the occasional morning after headache or upset stomach! Try lemon, grapefruit, lavender, rosemary, and sandalwood to get you back on your feet. Add them to bath salts, carrier oil for massage on the back of neck and over your liver, or inhale directly from the bottle.

If it’s just a matter of too much candy at Halloween, or too much turkey and pumpkin pie at the holiday dinner, we swear by doTERRA DigestZen at our house. DigestZen is a blend of Ginger, Peppermint, Tarragon, Fennel, Caraway, and Corriander.
